Spencer Hayes is an influential market leader in commercial real estate advisory services for Cushman & Wakefield, having previously served for five years as C&W’s market leader for Austin and San Antonio. In 2016, over 23 years after co-founding Oxford Commercial, where he served for fifteen years as its Managing Partner, Spencer led his partners in the sale of Oxford to C&W. Prior to exiting his leadership role, Spencer guided C&W to a commanding market share, more than tripling the size of the team and its revenue.

Spencer now serves select occupier and investor clients requiring the most creative solutions for complex lease and investment challenges. As one of Austin’s most active and respected commercial real estate professionals since 1989, Spencer has been involved in hundreds of transactions with totals exceeding 6,000,000 square feet of leases and 2,000,000 square feet of sales for his clients in Austin, Central Texas, and various locations globally.
